Who needs a paid license?
Each distinct person who enters CrystalSlate workflows needs one assigned license. A Billing Manager or Account Manager can sign in to authorized account sections without a workflow license.

Trial and billing
The seven-day trial is intentionally limited to read-only Assets inventory, search, export, and Cell History workflows plus Settings. Users, Groups, Activity, and write workflows become available after paid activation where the connected Smartsheet role permits them. No card is required to begin; add a payment method before the trial ends to continue. Taxes may be added where required.
